If we agree, we confirm the new fixed price in writing before any deposit. No haggling mid-project, no "small extra" surprises afterwards — the agreed number is the final number.

After the brief we confirm scope and price in writing on WhatsApp. You send 50% via MTN or Airtel mobile money to the number we provide, and you get a written acknowledgement. That's the trigger for the 48-hour demo. The balance is due on delivery — when your site is live and you've approved it.

Tell us what's off — the demo round exists precisely for that, and one revision round is included as standard. In the rare case the direction is fundamentally wrong for you, we part as friends: you keep whatever direction was useful, and we refund the unused portion of the deposit. A Full App (K18,000) is software: multiple user roles, a full admin with reports and exports, and integrations like payments, SMS or third-party APIs. Rule of thumb: if staff use it every day to run operations, it's a Full App; if customers use it occasionally to book or check something, it's a Semi App.
