Case 01

ASCOT CIVIL ENG

Ascot Civil Engineering Ltd · Zambian-owned contractor

The challenge

Ascot Civil Engineering Ltd serves Zambia's industrial and mining sectors — electrical installations, instrumentation, mechanical & civil works, building construction and labour hire, with staff certified by ECZ, ZICA and MEWZ. All of that credibility was invisible online: no site, no first impression, and tender committees left guessing.

The build

  • Corporate site taken from brief to live in under a week
  • Capability pages for electrical, instrumentation, mechanical & civil works and labour hire
  • Certifications and Zambian ownership front and centre for tender packs
  • Quote and enquiry flows wired to WhatsApp and email
  • Fast, data-light pages that open on weak connections at site offices

The result

From invisible to online in under a week. The site is fast, professional, and their clients now take them seriously in tenders — in their words, "these guys understand business, not just design."

Solar & Electrical · Online Store · Zambia Live screenshot of the Elite Plug Services website hero: Power That Scales With You

Case 02

ELITEPLUG SERVICES ZM

Elite Plug Services Limited · "The Plug You Can Trust"

The challenge

Elite Plug Services Limited supplies solar installations and electrical equipment for homes, businesses and public-sector projects — "No ZESCO? No problem." But sales ran through calls and status updates: interested buyers had nowhere to browse ranges, check credibility, or start an order at 9pm.

The build

  • Online store hooked straight to WhatsApp checkout from day one
  • Ranges presented clearly: residential systems, commercial installations, public-sector projects
  • Trust-first layout — supplier credentials and nationwide coverage above the fold
  • Mobile-money-friendly order flow: chat, confirm, pay, deliver
  • Enquiry routing so homes, businesses and institutions each get the right next step

The result

Orders came in the same week they launched. Communication was clean from deposit to delivery — and they've already referred two friends to the studio.

E-Commerce · Perfume · Lusaka Live screenshot of The Luxe Store website hero: Your affordable perfume plug

Case 03

The Luxe Store

Perfume e-commerce · Lusaka

The challenge

The Luxe Store was selling perfume through social media — the TikTok was moving, but every interested viewer had to DM, wait for a reply, and manually arrange payment. Traffic was hot; the ordering path was cold, slow and easy to abandon.

The build

  • Full product catalogue with photography-forward layouts
  • Cart with WhatsApp checkout — the order arrives in chat, ready to close
  • Scroll-driven product shelves that feel like browsing a boutique
  • Google review integration so social proof travels with every product

The result

TikTok traffic converts to same-day WhatsApp orders. The scroll shelves keep people on the page, the cart hands them straight to a conversation, and the business closes sales the same day they're sparked.

Restaurant · Menu-first · Mufulira Live screenshot of the Apton Restaurant website hero: modern Zambian kitchen

Case 04

Apton Restaurant

Modern Zambian kitchen · Mufulira · menu-first site with gallery & reservations

The challenge

Hungry customers found the kitchen through word of mouth, but had nowhere to see the menu, the vibe, or book a table — every question landed as a phone call during service, and the cooking-class side of the business had no shop window at all.

The build

  • Menu-first layout: the menu is the hero, one tap from anywhere on the site
  • Photo gallery that sells the atmosphere before the first bite
  • Reservations flow wired to WhatsApp — tables booked in chat
  • Hours, location and directions built in for walk-in traffic

The result

Diners arrive having already seen the menu and booked through the site — the phone stays free during service and tables get filled before the evening starts.
